Board members present at the time of the appointment included Bradah Littlefield, Norma Meyer, Steve Dickey, Kevin Walker and the newly appointed Lucas Beaty. The minutes note that a quorum was present. No separate roll-call vote for the appointment is recorded in the minutes.
