Petitioner Josh Helvie told the Board that Brown County Vacation Rentals will manage the property and described exterior lighting as 15-watt downward-facing fixtures with a low-key lantern at the county-road entrance. The petitioner said he lives in Boone County and indicated the septic field location on the site plan when asked by Board members.
The Board’s approval was recorded by roll call and completes the special-exception review for this application at this meeting. The listed conditions are part of the record and will be enforced through the permitting and inspection process.
