Committee member Mandy raised a localized drainage complaint at 11118 North P Street, saying the property (owner Rawson) has a pipeline-related blockage that prevents normal flow and backs onto private property.
"He's got blockage there from a pipeline," Mandy said, asking staff to handle the city-maintained ditch behind the property. Ray Mayo and Jeremy Ratcliffe confirmed the F101 channel is under design — staff said the PER is complete and the city is in the process of selecting a consultant through RFQs to move to final design. Ray offered to coordinate site visits with precinct staff and to contact the property owner directly to confirm the exact channel location and next steps.
Staff agreed to investigate the specific address, coordinate with Precinct 2 if needed and report back on whether a widening or full cleanout is required as part of the F101 work. No formal timeline was provided for when remediation work would occur beyond the design-stage update.
