Cauley Creek Maker Space out to bid; Cully Creek overflow parking funded and in documents

Erica told the committee the Cauley Creek Maker Space is currently out to bid and staff have seen healthy contractor interest: "We are getting a lot of interest, a lot of questions, which is what you wanna see," she said. The Cully Creek overflow parking project—the committee's primary FY25-funded project—has reached construction documents and staff hope to begin construction as soon as feasible.

Committee members asked whether the recent budget included items requested by RPAC; Erica confirmed the overflow parking and lighting upgrades were included and noted other projects may be general-fund funded or scheduled for later cycles. She said short-term mitigations could be considered for urgent issues such as field drainage while larger capital work is planned.
