Canby staff said they added a late run at 10:20 p.m. on the 99X route after collecting rider feedback and to restore a trip the committee considered eliminating. "We added a late run, at 10:20," Bridal Mueller said when describing schedule changes driven by survey responses.
Staff also explained Woodburn service was not expanded: ridership levels there do not justify additional trips, and the locality providing funding for that portion has not increased support. Todd said the committee reallocated underused Dial‑A‑Ride contracted hours to Oregon City fixed‑route service to better use budgeted hours rather than adding new overall hours.
