The Lancaster Airport Authority approved Task Order No. 18 with Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. to prepare an FAA-required Safety Management System (SMS) implementation plan at a cost of $15,000.
Staff said the SMS plan must be created and ready for implementation by September 30, 2026. The Board adopted Resolution No. 14 to approve the task order and authorized Executive Director William E. Foster to execute the agreement.
