During public comment Orin and Janet Taggart asked the commissioners to pave a stretch of Old State Road 46 at 7416, saying the family has lived at that address for 65 years and were told a former commissioner would pave it. Commissioner Kevin Patrick acknowledged the road is "in bad shape" but said the county could not promise when paving would occur.
In other public comments, Sherrie Mitchell asked for an update on the Prosecutor's Office property, noting a letter had been sent indicating the county was no longer interested in a previously discussed Town Hall site. Commissioners said two options under consideration were locating the Prosecutor's Office at the end of the courthouse or beside the law enforcement building; resident Pam Gould suggested renting space as an alternative. No formal decision was recorded.
