Brown County commissioners approved a service agreement with GFC, LLC for the CHARTS accounting and resource-tracking system to be licensed to the Highway Department. The signed contract sets a first-year fee of $8,000 and an annual fee of $2,100 thereafter; the agreement covers licensing, training, updates, and support. The motion to approve the service agreement was moved by Kevin Patrick, seconded by Ron Sanders, and passed unanimously.
