On individual parcels, the board approved a voluntary withdrawal for parcel #15021 000083 with no penalty (motion passed 5‑0), approved sending an intent‑to‑breach letter for parcel #15037A000018 (5‑0), and approved a covenant on parcel #12041 000009A on a 4‑1 vote with Mr. Jackson recorded as the sole dissent. The board also approved sending breach notices related to owner deaths without penalty (5‑0) and approved forwarding CUVA appeal #12064 000017 to Superior Court (5‑0).
