Ms. Melendez presented the board with a list of new and renewal Conservation Use Valuation Assessment (CUVA) applications and asked for approval. The board voted 4-0 to approve the CUVA new/renewal applications; the motion was made by Eric Jackson and seconded by AJ Zurzolo.
Ms. Melendez also presented a list of mid-year covenant changes for conservation use parcels. The board approved the mid-year covenant changes in a separate motion, again by a 4-0 vote. No appeals or public objections were recorded during the meeting.
