County Attorney Scott Falvey presented a resolution to authorize and approve opioid settlement agreements with several regional distributor/dispenser defendants, including Associated Pharmacies, J M Smith Corporation, Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Morris and Dickson Co., North Carolina Mutual Wholesale Drug Company, and United Natural Foods, Inc. (and subsidiaries SuperValu and Advantage Logistics).
