Council ultimately adopted a resolution adding, amending, or deleting certain fees to the official schedule (Resolution 5-5-2026D) after a public hearing; staff said the recycling market volatility drove the need for the fee adjustment.
Council members agreed staff should publish clear customer guidance about allotment calculations, AquaTrax usage, and how to request meter checks. The resolution passed on a motion from Councilmember Price, seconded by Councilmember Morgan, and the roll-call vote was recorded.
