Notable items Smith flagged include: IM-CR 0291(139)4 in Union County (I-29) where CCO No. 6 increased the contract by $402,396.16 primarily to compensate for extra work repairing shoulders and incentive lane rental payments; and NH-PH 0385(50)96 in Pennington County (US 385 to Pactola Dam), where a $287,959.59 increase was recorded to settle a contractor claim.
