Staff revisits highway-corridor sign height and aggregate-area options

Commissioners sought clarification whether the proposal would apply to the entire corridor inside city limits; staff said nothing was set in stone and that a formal public hearing would present final proposals. Commissioners and the public were advised to check right-of-way vs. private-property distinctions and county rules where applicable.
