At its June 18 meeting the Lammersville Joint Unified School District board approved several financial and contract items, including the 2025–26 July 1 budget financial report, an Education Protection Account (EPA) resolution, a five-year curriculum contract renewal with Quaver Music, and a Community Facilities District annexation and related reimbursement agreement.
Staff recommended approval of the budget report and thanked finance staff for their work; Trustee Olson moved and Trustee Daniel seconded the motion to approve the July 1 budget report, which passed 5–0. On the EPA resolution, staff explained the account’s connection to voter-approved measures (Prop 30/55) and compliance requirements; trustees approved resolution 24-25-24 by roll-call vote.
The board also approved a five-year renewal with Quaver Music for TK–4 music curriculum for 2025–2030 at a total cost of $62,790; trustees and speakers praised the program's classroom appeal. In other business trustees approved annexation into Community Facilities District No. 2019-1 and related deposit and reimbursement agreements, and approved routine consent items including personnel ratifications and contracts under $50,000.
