Kay Gross and Becky Bucholz, coordinators with Cottonwood SWCD and the Greater Blue Earth River Basin Alliance (GBERBA), presented the organization and agreement structure used by GBERBA during the April 7, 2025 Policy Committee meeting. Their presentation described how GBERBA coordinates partners and the agreement mechanisms it uses to assign roles.
Committee members discussed how the GBERBA model handles administration and finances; the meeting record notes a follow-up action to define the availability of each entity to provide financial and/or administrative services for the Blue Earth River Watershed Partnership. The Policy Committee scheduled its next meeting for May 19 at 9:00 a.m.
