At its Feb. 25 meeting the Windsor Selectboard recorded the following actions by roll-call vote (all unanimous): approval of the Feb. 11, 2026 minutes; appointment of H. Prebish to fill the Selectboard term ending in 2027; approval of a loan to purchase a replacement police cruiser at a total cost of $72,000; adoption of a corrected Water & Sewer Capital Fund policy establishing $1,000,000 balances for each fund; appointment of D. Sweeney as acting Town Clerk for elections and Andy Tufts as Town Moderator; and approval to submit a VMMB bond application for $100,000.
The board also voted to enter executive session under 1 V.S.A. § 313(2) to discuss negotiating or securing real estate purchase options and labor relations agreements; they exited executive session with no open-session vote recorded. AFSCME contract ratification was discussed and deferred for further review.
