LCB shows Seattle 1515 map; local authorities must apply first for expanded outdoor service

Becky Smith walked the EMT through a GIS map of Seattle that shows the requested expanded outdoor service area under the agency’s '1515' effort. "Everything in green is the expanded outdoor zone," she said, and clarified that local authorities must complete their own processes before licensees can apply through LCB.
Becky said outreach on Dec. 3 elicited 21 responses from local governments (including Grant County, Centralia, Roy, Milton, Everett, Hoquiam, Long Beach and Duval) requesting presentations or assistance. She encouraged agency staff to review the users guide and noted that LCB staff will continue to offer education and support to cities and counties.
