TIFA committee approves agenda, defers minutes and adjourns

The Targeted Development Committee approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Andrew Gelzer, seconded by Luke Robson; the committee recorded a 4-0 vote in favor. The minutes note that no motion was made to approve the draft minutes and that they will be approved at the next applicable meeting.
The committee later moved into closed session to negotiate a management proposal and returned to open session before adjourning. A motion to adjourn by Gelzer, seconded by Robson, carried 4-0 and the meeting ended at 6:30 PM.
