TIFA committee approves agenda, defers minutes and adjourns
Summary
At its April 22 meeting the TIFA Targeted Development Committee approved the agenda by a 4-0 vote, did not take up draft minutes for approval, moved into and out of a closed session, and adjourned at 6:30 PM.
The Targeted Development Committee approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Andrew Gelzer, seconded by Luke Robson; the committee recorded a 4-0 vote in favor. The minutes note that no motion was made to approve the draft minutes and that they will be approved at the next applicable meeting.
The committee later moved into closed session to negotiate a management proposal and returned to open session before adjourning. A motion to adjourn by Gelzer, seconded by Robson, carried 4-0 and the meeting ended at 6:30 PM.
