Kendall County Commissioners Court conditionally approved the final plat establishing Bergheim Terramatta, a private commercial subdivision on State Highway 46 East consisting of three commercial lots averaging about 7.44 acres. County planning staff reported that the proposed road, drainage and detention plans meet county criteria and that TxDOT has approved a right‑turn lane into the property; the approval is contingent on the county accepting and recording a financial guarantee before plat recordation.
The motion carried with four votes in favor and one abstention by the county judge recorded during the roll call. County staff said the subdivision will use a public water system and individual onsite septic systems, and the court required that the financial guarantee be accepted prior to filing the plat in county records.
