Board members reviewed contract dollar amounts: Council of Community Services $93,600; Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation $45,604; Personal Frontiers, Inc. $45,713; Gillette Reproductive Health $34,664. Linda Allred reported that CSBG subrecipients are spending down new grant funds according to schedule and that there were no immediate concerns with the reported activity. The board motioned to accept the financial reports; Cheyenne Neville moved and Amanda Hester seconded, and the motion carried.
The board also reviewed TANF-CPI FY26 standing contracts: Council of Community Services $26,575.75; CLIMB WY $17,505.75; YES House $39,212.75; Personal Frontiers, Inc. $11,705.75. Members noted that quarterly reporting cadence means some accounts show little activity to date. Staff flagged upcoming administrative deadlines and the next CARE Board meeting on March 19, 2026, where finance items may be revisited.
