Board members voted to enter an executive session to discuss contractual and legal matters after a motion from a staff member and a recorded second. The staff member moved “to be moving to the executive session for contractual matters. And legal.” The Chair acknowledged a second (naming “Rachel” in the transcript) and called the vote before moving the meeting into executive session.
After the executive session the Chair announced the board was coming out of executive session, stated there were no further action items, and entertained a motion to adjourn. A motion and second were recorded and the Chair called the vote, which the Chair characterized as unanimous, and the meeting adjourned.
