To balance competing interests and the pending public auction, the board approved a motion to donate two portables to the Boys & Girls Club and added a removal deadline of Nov. 28 to the donation to ensure the buildings would be removed within a finite period. Members also discussed advertising remaining items and allowing teachers or school programs first consideration for certain equipment prior to the auction.
