Seeley said the conference attendance was accounted for in last year’s budget planning. Commissioners noted the trip was budgeted and gave their unanimous approval; no additional appropriation was requested. Motion: "To Approve out-of-state travel for Samuel Seeley to attend the (ASFPM) Association of State Floodplain Managers Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, from May 19-22, 2025." (Vote: Duft/Bartel 3-0).
