Planner I Carly Croft presented an administrative minor subdivision at 438 Crossman Avenue that included a right‑of‑way dedication along Teal Run. Croft said the dedication would widen the eastern portion of Teal Run and create a more consistent right‑of‑way that better meets town standards.
Applicant Joseph Teipel told trustees the need for the dedication emerged during subdivision review and that although it was not anticipated initially, it would facilitate future street improvements. Planning Director Marika Kopp confirmed that without the dedication the proposed lot would exceed maximum zoning width and the subdivision could not be approved as presented. The Board adopted Resolution No. 2026-45 approving the dedication.
