Commissioner Mayo moved to proceed with the project and to allow "expenditures up to $60,000" from a fund to be chosen at the time of payment; Commissioner Carlson seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The decision authorizes the county to purchase the poles and proceed with fixture purchase and installation subject to funding selection.
