Board adopts 2025–26 Facilities Use/Rental Policy Handbook

Trustee David Pambo thanked the facilities committee and district staff, including Deputy Superintendent Harrison and Director Dixon, for their work on the document. "We do this every year...as the year progresses through the subcommittee of the board on facilities, this is the any updates...and we recommend approval," a staff presenter said. Trustee Pambo moved adoption and Trustee Stephanie Olsen seconded; the motion carried with four ayes and one absence.
The handbook governs routine facility rentals and related practices; staff said adoption at the June meeting allows the district to implement the handbook for the upcoming year.
