The Lammersville Unified School District governing board approved its consent calendar on March 5, carrying a motion to approve minutes, contracts under $50,000, personnel ratifications, 2024–25 fundraisers, interdistrict transfers, school‑sponsored overnight trips and acceptance of donations.
The motion to approve the consent items passed unanimously: "Motion carries with 5 ayes and no no's," the board president said after the student preferential vote. The agenda noted planter boxes valued at $724.74 were accepted from the Cuesta School Foundation for installation at Cuesta kindergarten playground.
After the vote, the district clerk introduced newly hired staff who joined the Lammersville Unified family, including instructional aides, noon duty supervisors and a special education teacher. The clerk read names into the record and the board welcomed the new employees.
Trustees said the consent approvals follow standard practice to streamline routine district business; no items were pulled for separate discussion at the March 5 meeting.
