Montgomery County commissioners honor four retiring employees

Judge Brannon described Roxanne Williams as “a mentor” and an "incredible public servant" who cares for residents, the Board recorded. Patrick Bailey reflected on his career and emphasized the importance of customer service in county work; David Seagraves noted his prior service with the City of Brookville and said he was grateful for the county’s support during his transition to county service. The retirees assembled for individual photos with the commissioners.
