County Administrator Lucas Goff presented the 2025 annual asset, fleet and inventory report and told commissioners staff are working with the software vendor to produce summary outputs. Commissioners asked for a shorter report that highlights key metrics rather than the full export.
During discussion, commissioners questioned the Sheriff's fleet count: the report lists 39 Sheriff vehicles but only 27 full‑time deputies. Goff said he would ask the Sheriff’s Office to explain the discrepancy. No action was taken at the meeting other than the request for a concise summary and an inquiry to the Sheriff.
The Board did not set a deadline for the revised report, but requested staff return with a condensed summary that makes fleet and asset totals easier to review at future meetings.
