Darr said Griffin Academy is prepared to train young people and veterans but has not received county funding to support that training.
Commissioner Mary A. McDonald later noted an Annual Construction Job Fair with more than 30 employers at the Dayton Convention Center, where on-the-spot interviews and resume support were available, and encouraged residents to follow Montgomery County social channels for future events.
