Commissioners approve several contracts: cost allocation, IV-D service, antennas, and SCADA maintenance

On Feb. 18 commissioners approved a $45,000 contract with Maximus for the countywide cost allocation plan, a $45,375 IV-D service contract with RobWin, a $22,029.28 AT&T contract for Cradlepoint antennas, and an as-needed EA Automation contract for PLC/SCADA maintenance not to exceed $74,999.
The Board of Clark County Commissioners authorized several procurement contracts during its Feb. 18 meeting.
Key approvals included a $45,000 contract with Maximus US Services, Inc. to prepare the annual countywide cost allocation plan (effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, General Fund); a $45,375 contract with RobWin, LLC for IV-D service of process (funded by IV-D Federal Child Support/State match for January 1 through Dec. 31, 2026); a $22,029.28 purchase with AT&T Mobility for antennas to replace Cradlepoint units in cruisers (Sheriff's General Fund); and an as-needed contract with E.A. Automation, LLC for system integration and PLC & SCADA maintenance not to exceed $74,999 (General Water & Sewer fund), effective through Feb. 18, 2029.
All motions were moved by Commissioner Charles A. Patterson, seconded by Commissioner Richard L. Lohnes, and passed by unanimous roll calls.
