Commissioners approve promotion and correct a prior promotion pay rate

The Board on Feb. 17 authorized the promotion of Brenen Ish to SSES/Maintenance, effective Feb. 23, 2026, with a base rate of pay of $35.54 per hour, pursuant to the department recommendation and union contract terms. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler, and approved unanimously.
The Board also revised an earlier official action regarding the promotion of Kory Conrad to correct the base rate of pay to $30.14 per hour, pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement; that revision was also moved and seconded by the same commissioners and carried unanimously. Both personnel items were presented on the Sanitary Engineer's recommendation.
