Board schedules window workshop and flags National Trust webinar on Section 106 changes

Chair Rios encouraged members to attend and asked staff to share webinar access. Director Heather Lamboy and others noted the webinar is advertised on the National Trust site and that the recording will be available for those who cannot attend live. The board said the sessions would help newer members and staff better understand preservation principles and enforcement limits under local and federal rules.
