Deputy Chief Dickerson briefed the board that Lebanon officers responded to 946 calls for service since the last meeting and that 17 people were arrested on charges including operating while intoxicated (3), warrants (3), resisting law enforcement with a vehicle (1), meth-related offenses (2) and battery-related charges (2).
He also reported 39 crash reports during the same period and that one gun-permit application was forwarded to the state for final approval. Dickerson said Lebanon officers joined Boone County agencies for an active-shooter training exercise at Zionsville High School hosted by the Boone County special response team.
