Jury approves invoices, names official journal and signs LSU cooperative agreement; discusses ordinance enforcement

President McLaren raised enforcement of Ordinance #0001 of 1998 (abusive use of Parish roads, 20-ton vehicles prohibited except by permit) and asked for better enforcement; Vice President Carpenter reported citizens asking about ATV/ATC trail-ride use on Cedar Drive and legal counsel was asked to review applicable state law.
