The accounts are recorded as: David Stephenson Jr, 5198 Timothy Trail, Bossier City, owing $263.80; and George Bradford III, 203 Augusta Circle, Benton, owing $124.20. Ms. Rose recommended sending 10-day disconnect letters; Tom Salzer moved to uphold the recommendation and Julianna Parks seconded. The motion carried with 11 yes votes and one absent.
The motion notes that sewer service at the listed properties will be disconnected and the homes condemned and uninhabitable if payment in full is not received within 10 days. The board called for public comment and heard none before recording the vote.
