The Jury voted to award the contract; the project is a reimbursement grant and Shuler said work will take about a year to complete. Jurors received a bid tabulation sheet in their packets and the award motion passed with the recorded tally of 6 yeas, 0 nays, 0 absent, 1 abstained.
