Commissioner Randy Leis then moved to approve the May 18 minutes, the May 29 payroll and the May 31 warrants; Clair Bender seconded and the motion carried 3‑0.
The minutes list the warrants approved by fund with a total of $117,955.41. The funds and amounts recorded include General $23,964.08; Road & Bridge $32,364.75; Special Highway Improvement $27,955.01; and others. Commissioner Janna Frydendall moved to adjourn; Clair Bender seconded and the motion carried 3‑0. The meeting adjourned at 1:28 p.m.
