County Counselor Todd Luckman presented two draft resolutions on May 18 that would update the county’s purchasing policy and revise haul routes. The Board took no action and tabled both resolutions until Commissioner Keith Kelly returns to the dais.
Luckman also reported he is working on a tribal road maintenance memorandum of understanding (MOU) and plans to contact Martin Marietta to discuss contract quarry negotiations. The minutes record no formal changes or votes on these resolutions at the May 18 meeting.
