Lawrence Accountability member removed after profane public comment at Elk County meeting

During his remarks the attendee said he could use profanity because of his First Amendment rights and raised concerns about the county's response to KORA requests and legal charges he said involved himself and Dr. Justin Spiehs. The commission temporarily recessed until Micheal left; no formal disciplinary action was recorded on the public record beyond removal from the meeting. The meeting continued with the scheduled departmental reports and votes.
