Council approves culvert request, Class 5 delivery, crosswalk paint and pavilion repair

Pleasant Valley Construction submitted a pavilion-repair quote for $1,500, which the council approved. Maintenance staff reported completion of cameras in city hall and that cold mix will be procured next week to begin filling potholes.
