Staff confirmed the applicant had provided equipment‑sharing letters and indicated no calls had been received from the public on the application.
Commissioners reviewed staff report conditions (item 7 calls for equipment to be installed in accordance with structural analysis and construction joints provided by the applicant) and agreed to approve the special use permit subject to the listed conditions and giving the county the option to determine the tower break point. The board recorded no public speakers in opposition or support during the hearing and the motion carried.
