Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey told the board the "2026 Tax Assessment Notices are projected to be mailed to Taxpayers on June 5th." The meeting began at 9:07 a.m. and adjourned at 10:01 a.m.
Vice Chairman Chris Sides called for motions to approve the AY2026 Freeport Digest and the AY2026 Personal Property Digest; Mr. Kevin Hanville moved and Mr. Jay Moon seconded both motions, and the minutes record both votes as unanimous. The board also signed an ACO to remove Utility Tract U-005-003 from the digest and recorded a revised total utility value for AY2026 of $205,863,084. The next monthly meeting was set for June 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
