County awards $2,750 door-repair contract for noxious weed/HHW building with three-year warranty

Commissioners noted the significant price difference and asked Selley to confirm A1 Alliance's warranty. Selley told the Board she had spoken with the business and that they offered a three-year warranty; she said she would send the documentation when received. Commissioner Linda Gerhardt moved to approve the A1 Alliance bid for $2,750 and Chairman Mark Pruett seconded; the motion carried 2/0.
The Board directed staff to obtain warranty documentation and file it with county procurement records.
