County Attorney Kenneth D. Commissioner Adam Johnson pressed for an on-site inspection and photographs, noting the property had not been reviewed in the last decade. The motion to approve the six-month extension passed unanimously; the minutes record that all members answered "aye." The court directed staff to proceed with the signed extension and to schedule inspection steps during the extension period.
