Gardner reported he attended district court in a guard-rail case; the defendant pled guilty so he did not have to testify. He also provided a restitution quote for a sign damaged in a separate incident. Commissioners and staff raised safety concerns at specific locations: 94th and V Road (bridge out; needs barricading), 134th and 75 Highway east (missing resolution-number sign), and 11318 P4 Road (a tube full after the last storm). Joe said one truck is waiting on parts for a motor rebuild and crews will inspect a curve on W Road after a resident complaint that it is a rollover hazard.
