The council approved a fence at 6525 Hilton Trail (motion by Mayor Christensen; second Kardashian; unanimous). Attorney Christina Benson said Frank has authority under his existing contract to review some permits (for example, the Morans' proposed deck) without bringing every permit to the council.
Council also discussed accessory buildings on Roscoe Road that were installed without permits; Benson confirmed a letter and information have been sent to the property owner and that the city will review address files and then notify the resident of required permits and any violations.
