Fulton County commissioners approve minutes, bills and routine business

At their March 10 meeting, Fulton County commissioners approved minutes, adopted the day’s agenda with an amendment, authorized payment of bills, approved purchase orders and travel requests, and passed routine appropriation and transfer items.
Fulton County commissioners opened their March 10, 2026 session in Wauseon and approved a slate of routine business items that keep county operations moving.
The board adopted Resolution 2026-164 to approve the March 5, 2026 minutes and Resolution 2026-165 to approve the agenda as amended. Commissioners also approved Resolution 2026-166 authorizing payment of bills as submitted. The board voted 2-0 on these items, with Commissioner Joe Short moving and Commissioner Jeff Rupp seconding the motions.
The commissioners approved Resolution 2026-167 to increase appropriations by $28,839.85 for equipment under a DOJ grant and $3,650 for engineering capital improvements, and authorized several fund transfers, including a $46,710 reallocation for the Fulton/Lucas waterline project. The board also adopted Resolution 2026-173 to allow a Purchase Order edit list to be kept on file and approved travel requests as submitted.
The meeting recessed briefly and then continued with the remaining agenda items.
