BCA closes hearing for inspection, reconvenes after report
Summary

After testimony and questions from both sides, the chair proposed closing the hearing so the appointed inspection team could carry out a site visit. The chair reiterated the schedule: inspection on Sept. 19 at 8:00 a.m., report and reconvened hearing on Sept. 25 at 10:00 a.m. The board said it will move into deliberative session after receiving the inspection report and issue a written determination within 15 days of that deliberation.
